A Decade of Reinvention
Darius first broke onto the scene in 2012 with VELOUR, a self-produced debut EP shaped by warm tones, filtered synthesizers, and the unmistakable imprint of French house. His 2014 follow-up, ROMANCE, cemented his reputation, with the standout single Hot Hands (featuring Canadian vocalist Darianna Everett) gaining global attention.
By 2017, he was ready for his first full-length album. UTOPIA expanded his sonic palette, offering listeners a blend of groove, introspection, and cosmic textures that reflected his growing maturity as an artist.
That exploration eventually blossomed into his most ambitious project to date: the OASIS trilogy. Spanning three releases from 2021 to 2023 (OASIS [Prelude], OASIS, and OASIS [Epilogue]), the trilogy unfolds like a musical odyssey, balancing ethereal escapism with grounded grooves.
