Lane 8 is celebrating 10 years of his label, This Never Happened, and he’s doing it in a pretty iconic way… by throwing a run of shows that lean fully into the vibe the label built in the first place, all here in colorado.
Lane 8 announced the milestone on socials along with a few special shows to mark the moment. There’s a London date locked for May 22, plus a whole run of Colorado events from June 6–14 featuring This Never Happened artists including MYRNE, Otherwise, Sultan + Shepard, Robby East, & more. See the details below, including his London TNH show. Learn more here.

This Never Happened started back in 2016 as a pretty radical idea for dance music shows: no phones allowed. The goal was simple: get people off their screens and fully locked into the music and the moment. Since then, the concept has grown way beyond an event rule and turned into a full-on label and community that helped define the melodic house lane over the past decade.
The roster is stacked too, featuring artists like Sultan + Shepard, Le Youth, Rinzen, and EMBRZ – all part of the sound that fans now instantly recognize as TNH.
The Colorado Takeover
Lane 8 is making a big return to Colorado with four shows across four different venues, each bringing its own kind of scenery and atmosphere:
- June 6 — Dillon Amphitheater (Summer Gathering Pt. 1)
- June 7 — Echo Mountain (Summer Gathering Pt. 2)
- June 13 — Mission Ballroom (Cross Pollination)
- June 14 — Mishawaka Amphitheatre (4-hour set: I Made You a New Mixtape)
If you’re newer to the scene, Lane 8 is one of the artists who helped push melodic house into the spotlight over the last decade. His sets usually lean emotional, cinematic, and long-form, and River Beats has been fans for a long time! Between his albums, seasonal mixtapes, and curated label releases, he’s built a fanbase that’s less about hype and more about community.
Also worth noting: in true Colorado spirit, $1 from every ticket will go toward organizations focused on protecting wildlife and preserving natural habitats.
Safe to say, a multi-venue Lane 8 run like this doesn’t happen often. Get your tickets now.
