Levity is making their Denver debut this Friday, December 22 at the Ogden Theater supporting Tape B. Levity is an electronic Trio comprised of Chicago’s John Hauldren, Los Angeles’s PJ Carberry, and Minnesota’s Josh Tarum. After accepting a last minute spot at Electric Forest in June 2023, the trio have found their home in bass music.
After catching their set as an attendee of Electric Forest, I was captivated their energy and music selects that took over the HoneyComb stage. From 15 people to over 200 during the first 20 minutes, everyone had to check out who was playing. The crowd and I watched in awe, fully aware that we were witnessing the emergence of the next major group in EDM. Within the year, Levity have grown, creating a smash hit that introduces innovative bass sounds to the industry.
After teasing their debut single “Flip It” on social platforms such as TikTok and Instagram, the track garnered attention from a substantial portion of the community, including the legendary Zeds Dead, LSDREAM, Subtronics, and Excision, who have featured the single in their sets since its release.
Don’t miss out on Levity taking over the Ogden Theatre with Tape B this Christmas weekend on Saturday, December 22.
