Coming on November 21, a month after his red rocks show, Sub Focus has announced a new 14-track album, contact, with features from Grimes, John Summit, & more. Anticipation for today’s album announcement has been growing throughout this year, as Sub Focus has been playing some of the new material across his DJ sets, festival appearances and headline ‘Circular Sound’ live shows across the world.

The creative direction for Contact – including the album artwork, vinyl packaging and imagery was led by Sub Focus with photographer Neil Krug and design agency Big Active. It plays on the themes of retro futurism, space race-era technology and drawing inspiration from the Golden Record sent on NASA’s Voyager mission.
2025 has been a landmark year for Sub Focus, bringing his live production show, Circular Sound, to the US later this month with a landmark, sold out performance at our very own Red Rocks Amphitheatre on Thursday, October 30.
Sub Focus is set to make history as the first-ever drum & bass artist to headline Denver’s legendary Red Rocks Amphitheatre, joined by the powerhouse collective WORSHIP. Together with Dimension, Culture Shock, and 1991, Sub Focus has helped lead drum & bass into a massive new era of global popularity. The show is officially sold out, but a limited number of resale tickets are still available via AXS HERE.
“We initially set out to try and get our music heard in the United States and ended up riding a huge wave that’s hitting the U.S. drum & bass scene right now. It’s great to be a part of it. […] There are always many sleep-deprived, delirious moments on a tour, but touring as a group makes it a lot more enjoyable.”
Sub Focus is making history this fall — and you can be part of it. Don’t miss his sold-out Red Rocks debut with WORSHIP on October 30 (limited resale tickets available via AXS), and get ready for Contact, landing November 21. Pre-save the album now and prepare to experience the next era of drum & bass.
