Ever since the rise of the food truck craze and the movie Chef that came out in 2014, acclaim for these on-the-go eateries has risen drastically. What was once sketchy street food has seriously grown to some of the select spots you can catch up and coming chefs before their big break. The food truck scene in Denver is alive and thriving – even through a global pandemic.
We highly recommend supporting food trucks for three reasons: you’re helping a small business grow, the food is (usually) delicious! and with the rise of COVID-19 and possible social distancing for the next year or so – it’s safer to dine outside!
